Unfortunately all my attempts to instal the program have failed. Attached please find a picture of my computer parameters picture 1. I have downloaded the program with use of Internet browser google chrome. There was no error when I downloaded the program, neither during its instalation. But when I tried to open the program I got the error picture 2. I tried to run the instalation three times but all attempts ended the same way. I have never had such problem with Autodesk software.

Previously I used student edition of Autodesk Inventor and never had any problems with instalation or program work. I’ve contacted your Polish branch in order to solve the problem, but they told me to contact you directly. Could you please give me a clue on what might be the reason of the program failure?
